Here’s an update on what’s been happening in my life over the past month.

I passed by several times on rue de Rivoli, which gave me a chance to see the different decorations in the Uniqlo store.

We discovered a store on rue de Rivoli with a very, very pink decor.

My daughter celebrated her birthday twice, which gave me the opportunity to make two cakes. It was my first time making a nude cake.

I drew a quick pattern for a Genshin Impact gift wrap because that was the theme she had chosen.

For the second birthday, I prepared a quick little decoration.

For the cake, I took my inspiration from the cake offered in the game on players’ birthdays. I’m quite happy with the result, especially as decorating with a pastry bag is not at all my specialty.

Among the gifts was this fluffy Alpaca she’d been eyeing for several months.
